1. Domestic Delivery Timeline (India)

All domestic orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

For custom printed, embroidered, or engraved products, production timelines may vary based on order size and specifications.

2. International Shipping Timeline

Shipping timelines for international orders will be communicated after order review, based on destination country, quantity, and customization.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs regulations and shipping provider schedules.

3. Individual Address Shipping (On Request)

We provide multi-location or individual address delivery services for corporate orders, festive gifting, or employee reward programs.

This service is available only upon prior request and is subject to additional handling and logistics charges.

To enable this, please email your shipping details to info@promotionalwears.com with order reference.

4. Courier Partners

We ship through reliable domestic and global logistics providers including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, DHL, and FedEx.

5. Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

A tracking number and link will be emailed and/or sent via SMS upon dispatch.

Our team monitors deliveries, but responsibility lies with the courier after handover.

6. Legal Disclaimer – Liability Limitation

PromotionalWears shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage caused during transit by the courier agency or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once goods are shipped with a valid tracking ID, delivery responsibility lies with the logistics partner.
We disclaim any legal liability or claims arising out of delays, damage, or non-delivery due to third-party courier issues, customs, or external events.

7. Shipping Charges

Charges are based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Good Quality Products I have made several orders of backpack, laptop bags, stainless steel coffee mugs and lunch boxes for my partner associates with my company logo.
